Is the shop open yet?
We are preparing our range. Illustrations and preview categories are placeholders; confirmed products and customer policies will be published before we begin taking orders.
Which size should I choose?
Measure your dog and compare with the chart for the exact product. Check back length, chest and neck measurements as required by the maker. Breed alone is not a reliable size guide.
Is a drying robe the same as a raincoat?
No. A drying robe is intended for use after getting wet. Do not assume it is waterproof outdoor clothing; check each product’s intended use.
Are robes only for winter?
Wet walks are one use case. Baths and swims can happen throughout the year. Always check the specific product instructions and your dog’s comfort.
How should I wash a robe?
Follow the care label for the actual product. Fibre composition, fastenings and finishes differ, so we do not give a universal temperature or tumble-drying instruction.
What are your delivery and returns terms?
Our operating details are being finalised. Delivery areas, costs, timings and returns instructions will be published before orders open. We are not promising a delivery window at this stage.
